Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Please check product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:
- arrives faulty or damaged
- is significantly different from its description
- is not fit for its intended purpose
If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos where applicable
We will resolve the issue fairly and promptly.
Returns Process
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the return is due to a fault.
